Who: 6 - 15-year-old boys and girls. Groups will be divided by appropriate skill and age.
What: Soccer training by VAYSA trainers/coaches 
Session 1: Combination Moves, dribbling, speed and agility training.
Session 2: Passing short and long-range, balance and coordination training.
Session 3: Receiving ground and aerial passes, speed and power training.
Session 4: Finishing on goal, balance and coordination training.
Session 5: 1 versus 1 defending, speed and agility training
Session 6: 1 versus attacking, speed and coordination training
