When: Friday’s 6:00 - 7:30pm starting; January 24th, 31st, February 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th
Where: Garbrandt Soccer Complex - 1251 Pinebrook Rd Venice 34285
Who: 6 - 15 year old boys and girls.Groups will be divided by appropriate skill and age.
What: Soccer training by VAYSA trainers/coaches with Technical Director Bill Arbogast (USSF B and
National Youth license, former college and semi- professional coach and player)
Session 1: Combination Moves, dribbling, speed and agility training.
Session 2: Passing short and long range, balance and coordination training.
Session 3: Receiving ground and aerial passes, speed and power training.
Session 4: Finishing on goal, balance and coordination training.
Session 5: 1 versus 1 defending, speed and agility training
Session 6: 1 versus attacking, speed and coordination training
